Hara Bhara Kabab
Hara Bhara Kabab is yet another vegetable cutlet like snack prepared with spinach and green peas that makes evening even more relaxing and enjoying.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch palak leaves / spinach / baby spinach
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 green chili / hari mirchfinely chopped
- 1 capsicumfinely chopped
- ¾ cup beanschopped
- ¾ cup peas fresh / frozen
- 2 Potatoboiled and grated
- ¾ cup paneer cottage cheesecrumbled
- 3 tbsp coriander leavesfinely chopped
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp kashmiri chili powder / lal mirch powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder / dhaniya powder
- 1 tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric / haldi
- Saltto taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbsto coat
- 8 cashews halved
- Oilfor deep frying
Instructions
- Frstly, in a large kadai heat oil and add green chili.
- Also add capsicum and saute till the moisture disappears.
- Further add beans and peas. saute well.
- Transfer to the blender and allow to cool completely.
- Blend to coarse paste along with blanched palak.
- Transfer the blended paste into a large mixing bowl.
- Also add grated potato, paneer and coriander leaves.
- Further add corn flour and breadcrumbs.
- Add in the spices and salt.mix well.
- Grease hands with oil and make a small patties.
- Cover the patties with bread crumbsand garnish with cashew.
- Now deep fry the prepared patties into hot oil.
- Fry on medium hot oil, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the fried hara bhara kabab onto the kitchen towel.
- Finally, serve hara bhara kabab hot with sauce and masala tea.
